Opening Event “Rundgänge 1 und 2” from the  Deutschen Bergbau-Museums Bochum

Exclusive event with among our guests the Minister of Culture und Science of Nordrhein-Westfalen, Isabel Pfeiffer-Poensgen. 

De Vries + partners GmbH was as overal event agency and responsable for reception, plenary Program, Tours Museum and Diner.

With a clever  and very fast changeover we turned the auditorium into a diner area within 7 minutes thanks to perfect teamwork.

I was responsible for creative concept and showcalling in close cooperation with Rob de Vries
